The robust and reliable design of our CIP-station not only ensures the production of safe and quality products and increases their shelf life, but also reduces the costs of monitoring procedures for technological processes and products, increases the effectiveness of quality management systems, eliminating the need for operations to dismantle the removable parts and make connections in clean rooms.
The standard platform design (skid) allows for SIP/CIP functions for fermenters, bioreactors, piping, or vessels with volumes from few liters up to 5,000L (depends on working volume of CIP tanks and configuration of the vessel).
The new C-BIO2™ operator and control platform provides enhanced functionality and process control options as well as full integration and connectivity to GPC Bio’s Process Line equipment and third party (equipment) supervisory software, making it the ideal platform for automation and data integration of your cleaning/sterilization process.

Tangential filtration systems are suitable for use in GMP environments for process development, clinical trials, and small-scale production batches.
GPC Bio's filtration system is a crossflow filtration system for Pall cassettes or cassettes of any other brand. It is used in Pilot and small production facilities for batch sizes up to 1000L. The design and engineering are following cGMP requirements to secure easy startup and qualification of the system.
